Lindsey Paige Markus, a principal at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., draws on her early career in business, finance and clinically applied neuroscience to communicate with clients and develop creative solutions to fit their estate planning, wealth protection and corporate needs. In 2012, Lindsey became one of the first estate planning attorneys certified as a collaborative law fellow in Illinois. 

Licensed in Illinois and Florida, Lindsey is a natural educator who has written more than 40 articles and presented 75-plus seminars about estate planning, wealth protection, corporate law and income tax issues and has been interviewed several times on NBC5 Chicago, WCIU and Fox News Chicago. 
 
In 2015, Lindsey received the Leading Lawyer distinction which is earned by less than five percent of attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. Other accolades include recognition by Chicago Lawyer and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of Seventeen Women Making an Impact in the Law in 2013. In 2012, she was recognized by Chicago Lawyer and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of Forty Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch. For five consecutive years (2010-2015) Lindsey has received the Super Lawyer Rising Star honor that is earned by 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Illinois.
